At Artgence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new, unused and resalable condition within 14 days of receipt of the product for a refund or exchange.Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
Custom or made-to-order items . Items that have been used, damaged or altered in any way . Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery . To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artgence.co with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to properly package and ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. At Artgence, we take great care in packaging and shipping our fine art pieces to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination of the shipment. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on the carrier's rates.We ship to most countries worldwide.All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but typically take between 4-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.We will ship your order using a tracked and insured shipping service.
